6-bedroom shared house, Coolangatta Rd

We have one room available in a good location: very close to the beach, shops, bus stop and a 35 minute walk to SCU. We're looking for a quiet, respectful and tidy student. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp and ceiling fan. You will need to provide your own linen (pillow, bedsheets, towels etc). Rent is all inclusive of electricity, water and internet. There is access to a veranda from the the bedroom. There is on-street parking available for cars, or a secure garage for an additional cost each week. There are bicycles available for use too. The lease will be for approximately 3 months time, then if yourself and I are happy to continue the rental, it can be renewed.
