Bright, Comfortable Room – Coolangatta/Tweed Heads

A bright, sunny single room with a queen-size bed available in a modern apartment, just above The Strand in Coolangatta. Only 5 minutes from the beach, supermarkets, shops, cafés and bus stops. Convenient access to Southern Cross University, with cycling also an option.

The apartment is in a modern building with a lift and swimming pool, enjoys natural sunlight throughout the day and is always kept clean and tidy.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly mother (40+, mental health professional) and her 16-year-old son, who is a student and competitive surfer. We both have busy routines and enjoy a peaceful, relaxed home environment.

The room comes with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is shared with my son. Shared access to the kitchen and living areas.

We are looking for a respectful, independent, tidy and responsible student who is focused on studying, has an active routine and values a clean, quiet home. This is not a party house.

Available now for short-term stays, with flexible dates to be discussed.
