The shared spaces (kitchen, dining room/loungeroom, bathroom) are furnished. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished.
I will keep the third room free for music/study.
Looking for someone responsible, clean and tidy.
The Uni is a 2. 5km walk from the house. The Goonellabah shopping centre is 2. 8kms away.
There is a bus stop across the road from the house for the 685 bus and more on the Bruxner Highway (approx. 500m).
