3-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, Guineas Creek Road

We are a retired couple who have enjoyed hosting international students for many years. Our townhouse is ideally situated on Currumbin Creek, just a short walk from The Pines Shopping Centre, with excellent public transport to SCU. Your room has a King Single bed. It's not air-conditioned, but fans are provided. Occasionally we will have family or guests staying in our 3rd bedroom, who will share the main bathroom with you during their visit, but mostly this bathroom will be for your solo use. Kitchen and all common areas are shared with the owners. Utilities are included in the rent, and a cleaner comes fortnightly. Bond consists of 2 weeks' rent, with rent to be paid fortnightly, via bank deposit, strictly in advance. We are a non-smoking household.
