Our fully furnished granny flat in Tweed Heads, close to Southern Cross University, Coolangatta and Kirra Beach, is available for short- or long-term stays from 14 September 2026.

International students are very welcome.

The flat would suit one person looking for a comfortable, quiet place to live in a relaxed family environment.

Location
Conveniently located in Kent Tweed Heads, with easy access to Southern Cross University, Coolangatta and beautiful Kirra Beach.
We may also be able to assist with transport occasionally when possible.

About Us
We are a relaxed family of four — two adults in our 40s and two children aged 13 and 15 — living in the main house above the flat.
We also have two very friendly dachshunds who love everyone! 🐶🐶

We enjoy a fairly quiet lifestyle and usually spend our weekends at home or enjoying activities such as surfing, football, fishing and travelling.

The flat is insulated; however, as it is underneath our family home, there may occasionally be some household noise from above. We will always try to be mindful of this and would appreciate someone who is equally considerate.

This is not a party house and the accommodation is for one person only. We are looking for a quiet and respectful tenant, as we both work full-time and our children attend school.
