The room is furnished with plenty of cupboard space, the bed is new and very comfortable, side tables, good quality linen and a tv.
This accom would suit a placement student perfectly, the location is in walking distance to Ballina hospital, buses and the local shops.
You will only be living with me, I am a 56yr old female in the natural therapies industry, I'm easy going, clean and a good communicator.
You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals, comfortable lounge dining room and a front garden and rear courtyard full of veggies, herbs and flowers, so you will have plenty of lovely spaces to relax outside.
All amenities and unlimited internet is included.
I am happy to cook a few meals for you if our schedules align.
