5-bedroom shared house, Ross St

Large beautiful home, which is furnished except bedroom. Bedroom available is upstairs, however if street parking you only walk up around 6 stairs to get inside. There is a tall boy chest of draws available & there is also a queen mattress, however I don’t have a bed frame available. Shared kitchen (with gas cooking), lounge room & laundry situation. You would have your own bathroom, however if guests are over they will occasionally use the toilet in the main bathroom. House is currently occupied by a mum and adult daughter duo - daughter lives downstairs and mum upstairs. Also have a mini Cavoodle that comes to stay a number of times a week.
