3-bedroom shared house, Annandale Court

Ours is a female only house (even the 2 cats! )

We are Covid/flu vaccinated and expect that people joining the house will protect themselves and others the same way. :) We're also a non-smoking/vaping household so breathe easy.

It's a short walk to shops and bus stop with direct route to Hogbin Drive SCU campus. Approx 4 kms to both hospital and Hogbin Drive university campus. However, public transport outside of school hours is difficult and life is a lot easier if you have your own transport.

We share the use of kitchen, Laundry and dishes/utensils and clean up as we go so the next person starts with clean space. Rooms are fully furnished including desks and bed linen/blankets. There is a small television in each room and access to an individual Netflix list.

There are 2 indoor only cats in the house and friends often call with dogs, so you can get an animal fix when you need it.

The room currently available is a single bedroom. Also living here is me (retired, home owner) and a full-time health care worker with some shifts involved.
