2-bedroom shared house, Marsh St

Location location location :)

Quiet, safe secure 2 bedroom house sharing with one male in early 40s. I’m an AFL fan and a practicing Christian. Here’s a bit about the household values if you’re looking for similar:

1) No parties: it is a drug, smoke and alcohol free home;

2) 2 single rooms available in a share house (1 furnished as pictured, 1 the same and unfurnished); I’m in the third room.

The 2 rooms are for 1 person in each at $275 per person/room.

OPTION 2

Couples are welcome to apply, it remains $275 each = $550 per week as the house would stay capped at 3 people for a balanced household number for peace and enjoyment of daily living.

3) Standard bills to be shared:

- electricity and water (usually around $25 a week). Bills depend on how much you use, if you use more than this average amount then ofc may be more.
- Wifi $100 a month split between 2-3 people.

4) I have 1 hypoallergenic hairless cat. This is the right home for you if you’re patient, compassionate and kind towards pet. I’m allergic to pet hair so please don’t ask if you can bring another pet.

5) Only a 6 minute drive to SCU, or 12 minutes by bus (public transport); 4 minute drive to coffs health campus (hospital); walk or cycle to coffs central shops or 2 minute drive; 5 min drive to beach;

6) Rent paid monthly remaining one month in advance. This means paying 8 weeks rent upfront then paying every 4 weeks to remain one month in advance same as you do with any realtor;

7) Maintaining a hygienic and clean home is vital to me. This means sharing with someone who enjoys, is proactive and willing to share weekly rostered house cleaning;

8) Start date flexible, long term leases preferred;
