My home is my sanctuary and I love taking care of it! It is a well kept, clean, uncluttered light filled and peaceful home.

I live in a quiet part of Ballina but exceptionally central to everything - across the road from the beach, river, Olympic swimming pool and the natural tidal Shaws Bay catchment, supermarket, shops, cafes, bicycle path to Lennox Head, Sunday farmer’s market, two blocks from main bus route to SCU Lismore!

If you value a wholesome and nutritious diet the kitchen is well equipped with a reverse osmosis water filter, juicer, yoghurt maker, food blitzer, new dishwasher and fridge.

There is a second toilet and copper outdoor shower which is lovely after a surf/swim in the ocean or on a hot day after gardening!

My home is very much indoor/outdoor living with three outdoor spaces to spread your yoga mat out, read a book, study, listen to the birds, watch the butterflies and bees busy in the organic veggie and herb garden, nap or enjoy a glass of wine!

The single garage has a ‘potting up’ and plant propagation bench set up. There is storage space for a bicycle, a surfboard rack for short boards and space for a long board! If you like to Stand Up Paddle board I have one you can use across the road at the river or in Shaws Bay!

I share this space with my gentle, quiet and well behaved 3yo kelpie girl - Blossom Bloom. She comes everywhere with me (including work).

I work full time in a garden centre Sunday-Thursday.

We would love someone who shares similar interests (not a party person) and is passionate about kindness, caring and respect! Must love animals 🥰.

Rent is $360 per week + $50 for utilities - water, electricity, cleaning products, toilet paper, garden maintenance, produce from the organic veggie and herb garden, reverse osmosis water filter

Bond is 4 weeks rent ($1440) + 2 weeks rent in advance
