1-bedroom shared student accommodation, Sunray Crescent

This is a two storey house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs. We are located at Epic in Lennox Head, near Woolworths, shopping centre and the beach. There's a laundry room. Who lives here: a mature couple (husband and wife) with their 17 year old son. Our son is a full time apprentice. You will be sharing a bathroom with him. You may park your car (if you have one) on our driveway. If you need a desk and chair to study in your room we have one to put there. We have 2 cats. Inspections welcome. :-).
