It’s a quiet safe secure 2 bedroom house sharing with one male (professional) in early 40s. Im a sports fan and a practicing Christian. Here’s a bit about the household values if you’re looking for similar:

1) it is a drug, smoke and alcohol free home;

2) there is 1 room available for 1 person, locks on inside of each bedroom door if desired. If a couple was to be considered, it is the same advertised price per person;

3) Brand new furniture (all must stay in the room): king single bed, side table, lamp, fan, large desk, chair, double windows for lovely fresh airflow;

4) Option 1: $300 per person per week. Bills are NOT included. Option 2: $325 per week bills ARE included (gardener, electricity, gas, water, internet, electricity etc);

5) I’m on a healthy eating and exercise weightloss journey, bonus if you are;

6) I have 1 rescued hairless cat who had been through horrible abuse. This is the right home for you if you’re patient, compassionate and kind towards traumatised cats;

7) Only a 6 minute drive to SCU, or 12 minutes by bus (public transport); 4 minute drive to coffs health campus (hospital); walk to coffs central or 2 minute drive; 5 min drive to beach;

9) Rent paid monthly remaining one month in advance. This means paying 8 weeks rent upfront then paying every 4 weeks to remain one month in advance same as you do with any realtor;

10) I take pride in sharing and maintaining a hygienic and clean home. This means sharing with someone who enjoys and is proactive and willing to share weekly house cleaning;

11) Start date flexible, long term leases preferred;

* rooms are large enough to add extra furniture if you like, however, if choosing Option 1, the new king single bed must stay. Option 2 already has a queen bed so no extra furniture can be included;

** Photos taken prior to fully furnishing;

2. Last 3 pay slips (or if you’re a student then your parents can go guarantors from theirs);
3. 100 points ID eg passport, drivers licence, birth certificate;
4. Funds to pay 2 months upfront rent the day you move in, then paying monthly to remain 1 month in advance (same as with a realtor).
