We're a middle-aged couple with a vivacious 13-year-old (and an affectionate cat, Bella) who look forward to opening our home and sharing our little slice of paradise near the beach with a responsible, student whose main priority is their education and not bringing people back to the house for late night parties.
Our home is three blocks from Tugun Beach and a 5-minute drive to the Coolangatta Gold Coast Airport/Southern Cross Uni. Additionally, we are a quick walk away from the bus stop for the 700 bus which runs 24/7 and there are shops within walking distance.
The accommodation is a private, ceiling-fanned room with a newly renovated private bathroom (with shower) located directly across the hall from your room. Spacious back deck overlooking backyard and pool. Perfect for cooling off after a morning/afternoon on the beach (and a cool vantage point for watching planes take off and land as we are located in close proximity to the north end of the GC Airport runway--flight curfew is from 10 pm to 6 am).
As for us, we're beach people who love to travel and meet new people.
