5-bedroom shared house, Sea Breeze Place

Multiple rooms available: small room $200/week, medium room $250/week, large room $300/week. However, I'm not renting out multiple rooms, so you'll only ever be sharing this space with me (38 year old male) my 7 yr old son and our adorable cavoodle dog 'Pippy'. I can provide meals and/or transport for additional cost, if required.

5min drive to SCU campus and Sawtell beach, 2min drive to IGA supermarket. We are early risers, early to bed, love the beach and outdoors. We have an abundant fruit and vegetable garden with animals and plenty of space to play. Short term stays for now, but long term considered for the right person.

Master bedroom with air con and private ensuite available for 1 person or couple considered. This may also suit a person with children, as there is one additional spare room that will not be rented out to others but can be negotiated for the right person. Shared use of kitchen, lounge room, washing machine and fridge. All bills included. King size bed with linen. House is cleaned professionally each fortnight, but is always kept clean and tidy (unless my son builds a cubby house). Wi fi available. Yard fenced for animals, pets welcome but must be friendly with our chooks and ducks.
