2-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, Boultwood St

Hey there.
I'm looking for a nice soul to come join me in my home.
I work full-time in Health and Safety.
I like cooking, cycling, walking and playing with my fur kids, camping, a chat, a bit of binge tv, music, having a dance every now and again, spirituality.
I like a tidy clean home, where chores are mutually done on a regular basis.
I'm in the Queer/gay community, please be cool about that.
I'm looking to share my 2 bedroom place.. I have two tiny dogs, so an animal lover, is a must.. I like my toys, motorcycles, electric bike, canoe and the likes.
The unit has a good sized lounge room, great kitchen, rear deck where you can sit and enjoy the sun.
The bedrooms are a good size with Built ins. The bedroom up for grabs is furnished with queen size bed, desk, draws and double wardrobe. It is at the back of the unit in a very quiet street. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the toilet is separate to the bathroom.
The Kitchen, has everything you need to cook up a storm and it’s a good lay out. I have most kitchen appliances.
There is great heating and cooling for year round comfort..
I like a good tv binge but also like to get out and about.
It’s a 5 min walk to the Plaza and about the same to the beach.
