House is situated minute drive /10 minute walk from centre of Maryborough. Easy access to all shopping areas & recreational facilities such as swimming pool. 15- 20 minute walk to Maryborough hospital. Easy 30 minute drive to Hervey Bay or 5 minute walk to bus stop that goes to Hervey Bay.
Your homeowner host is in her early 60’s and enjoys an active social life. My living area upstairs is completely separate apart from the laundry. I have an indoor cat which doesn’t have access to the tenanted rooms. I have enjoyed having previous tenants stay and will endeavour to provide as much privacy as you wish. Please don't bother applying if you are addicted to drama, narcotics, tobacco, ice, alcohol, gambling or any other illegal drugs. I like a drink or two, a good laugh and to socialize over a shared meal occasionally, but don't need any stress.
