Room to rent in a town house for students only with one other, everything you need is here you will just need your bed linen and pillows as it has a bed and wardrobes . The complex is secure and has a pool and tennis courts there is a lock up garage, 5min to the SCU,5min to Kirra beach, 10min to Coolangatta shops by car. This is a good spot for students i have rented to them over the past 15 years and have had know problems. I will need to have someone who needs 6 or 12mths accommodation. Electricity and Internet are included in rent. I am a Wildlife rescue coordinator and i work from my room. I keep to myself so you have the house to yourself most of the time and i am quiet and clean. We share the chores and mowing of a small backyard. I have a student now but he has finished his course and moving on the room will be available 2 weeks from the day you sign the agreement.
