The place is located on a quiet street, uphill with beautiful views overlooking the canal and sunsets, perfect if you enjoy a calm living environment. It is about 1. 5km to the nearest bus stop, 4. 5km to SCU.
The rent is $300/week (bills included ~ negotiable if you are happy to help water my indoor plants).
