This property is a two storey property located in a very quiet location of South Lismore. With a mature male retired, quiet and keeps to himself who occupies the bottom floor. This area will not be accessible to the top floor occupants. He is the father of the owner of the property.
We are after tenants/occupants who will be respectful and mindful of the property and of the occupant down stairs. Any illegal activity will be reported to police immediately. This is a quiet family and friendly neighbourhood. With only 4 houses in the street with council buildings across the road.
Occupant down stairs does have an old small breed dog who is his companion and an outside dog downstairs.
The house is a modern property only 16 years old, open plan with moden layout. Whole top floor has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite of the main bedroom with walking in robe all other bedrooms have mirrored built in robes. There will be shared lounge and dining area.
All bedrooms have split system air-conditioning/heating and also the main living area.
Laundry is accessible and will be shared. This will be by external access only as shared with the occupant downstairs. Internal access will not be accessible. Or if preferred there is a laundromat down the road.
Each bedroom advertised will have a bed, desk, set of shelves if required, plus a rug. If you dont require furniture this can also be arranged. Use of the garage is not included and this will be locked, as this is used by the downstairs occupant.
There is also two double door linen cupboards and use of one linen cupboard per room included in room rental.
Note - There is to be no 2nd person staying in each of the bedrooms.
The property is secured and safe. There is off street parking for one car per room.
We have direct access to the rail trail, bike ride to town within a 15 min walk to bakery, petrol station, chemist, brewery and park facilities etc. There is bus stop near by.
Travel to uni by car and bus.
Water, electricity and internet usage included.
