Although there is not enough room to park a car in the yard, there is enough room for a scooter.
Everything is newly renovated in this comfortable 1 bedroom/lounge room, separate full kitchen and separate bathroom/laundry. Included in your rent is electricity, water, internet, Disney Plus Profile, New linen ( eg: sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas, towels, bath mat, tea towels and more) New Kitchenware (eg: pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery and more)
There is also a small private courtyard with clothesline, seating area and plenty of room for a bicycle.
Even though this unit is advertised for 1 person for $350 a week, we have also designed this unit so it is capable of housing 2 students for a total of $500 a week/$250 per person (we have double of everything)
We are wanting to support female international students who want to be independent whilst living totally separate from us, but also know that if they need help they are not alone, as we are here to help.
