3-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, William Street

I am a retired Community Services Worker (female) and you will be sharing the home with me. I have 2 bedrooms available in my 3 bedroom townhouse. One bedroom has a single bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. They each have a built-in wardrobe. I am looking at leasing one bedroom ($350 per week) or both bedrooms ($250 each per week for two friends). You will have you own bathroom and toilet (will be shared between two friends if you come together). Distance to SCU is 12 minutes by car. Approx 25 mins by bus. Close to Tweed City shops. Bus stop,at end of street to SCU and also to Tweed Valley Hospital.
