Beautiful home in a peaceful cul-de-sac. Main house has 4 bedrooms containing owner and 3 international students attending SCU. You will be residing in the attached apartment which has a large fully equipped kitchen, medium sized loungeroom with tv and lounge included. 2 very large bedrooms with walk in wardrobes. One bedroom is currently tenanted to a female Chinese student 23 years of age studying at SCU. She is very quiet, clean and respectful. You will be sharing a large bathroom with her. Bedroom has queen bed. If 2 wish to share this room the cost would be $480 in total.
Internet, electricity, gas and water are all included in the price. Bus at the end of the street, 20 min walk to the pines shopping centre. A beautiful outdoor area to sit and relax.
As this is share accommodation, there are rules around visitors as we need to be respectful of each other but this can be discussed.
Information about the owner - 58 year old female who works from home and is quiet, respectful and will give you privacy. There are 2 small older dogs who love people but cannot access your apartment unless you are happy for them to do so.
Smoking is only permitted outside the front of the house.
Males are welcome to apply as well.
There is off street parking if required.
