You must have your own car. We are not close to public transport. It is not within walking distance.

The house currently has three males between 20 and 35. The current housemates get along, and are quite social, but there's plenty of space in the house to have some quiet time too.

We're looking for one more person to share this beautiful, and comfortable home. You will have a fully furnished room to yourself with a double bed, and will share two toilets, and one bathroom with two other people.

We have a pool, air conditioning, two indoor living areas, two separate outdoor balcony areas. All bills, including internet, electricity, water, pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. There is off street parking available, no garage access.

The area is extremely quiet, no traffic noise, and there are magnificent views off the front balcony, and bushland views out the back.

No smoking at all, inside or out. Not 420 friendly I'm sorry.
