Double storey duplex - I mainly live upstairs so you would have most of the lower level to yourself! Area for rent not completely separate from rest of house but can use own back entrance if preferred.

Female 50 year old owner. Easy going and quiet. Work full time so am out most of the week days. Happy to have a chat or have own space.

No drugs and not a party house. I rarely have people over as I prefer a quiet space to relax and tend to meet people out. Would like flatmates with similar values.

Must love dogs. I have a very boisterous large dog and another dog who spend a lot of time inside the general areas of the house. They are very friendly and non allergenic breeds.

Looking for a mature, quiet, respectful couple or two friends to rent the whole space which includes both bedrooms, living space with kitchenette and bathroom.
