I am a teacher in NSW and have a brand new office downstairs that can be a private bedroom looking onto a beautiful green outlook of a city close to Kingscliff. I do have a big dog, so students who love animals is preferable. Looking for a female student who loves kids and animals. We are a clean household and please no overnight guests since I have little ones. My girls are away with their dad on weekends. We live 3 minutes away from Tweed Hospital and 6 minutes away from Kingscliff. It’s truly a beautiful location. You will have your own private bedroom separate away from the house which is ideal for studying. We would love for you to inquire if you are looking for a safe and quiet accommodation.
