Nestled in a lush, tropical garden with a pool and plenty of room to relax this home is in a quiet family suburb less than 10 minutes' drive to the SCU, public transport is minutes away and the CBD is 10 minutes' walk away. The room is private, has direct access to the bathroom and is spacious and well furnished. It contains a queen bed; linen can be provided. There is a huge built in wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and ceiling fan. I am a manager at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus and work fulltime. My daughter lives in a small studio on the property and has access to the property too. I have a dog and two cats; all are very friendly. Plenty of off-street parking. The living areas of the house are large, and open plan. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Internet and water are included in the rent, electricity will be split 3 ways.
