5-bedroom shared house, Amaroo Cres

You will be sharing the upstairs with myself, a mature aged female and a dog. Downstairs is my youngest son and his girlfriend (son an apprentice plumber and girlfriend a uni student) who live in a fully self contained granny flat with their own entrance. I have my own bathroom. You will have the other bathroom. Large veranda out the back with seating, swimming pool. There are 2 living areas. If food is something you might be looking for we can discuss that option. If a lock on the bedroom will make you feel better, i am also open to that. Shopping center at the end of street, bus stop at shopping center. University 5 min drive.
