Nice and spacious House - close proximity(walking distance) to Town of Coolangatta / Kirra & SCU.

House is fully furnished with lounge room and kitchen (cooking appliances) and outdoor areas. The Room comes with a bed a study desk and some built in wardrobe hanging space, As well as bed side table.

We have a shared house consisting of a young couple who work as professionals from a Monday to Friday work schedule. As well as another student (female) studying to be a Nurse who works shift work through the week.

We are looking for a nice friendly tenant (preferable Male) who respects the house rules and is looking to live in a positive environment.
5 minute walk to the closest bus station and Beach.
5-10 minute walk to local shops and town districts
15-20 minute walk to SCU campus.
Bike riding is recommended for easy travel.
