Hi, I am a 24 years old Male, I’ve bought myself a 2-bedroom apartment that I live in and have a second room available. The apartment does have it's own lock up garage. I work in construction, so I'm out of the apartment early morning and back usually mid to late afternoon. There are 2 visitor parking areas or street parking if those are full.

The apartment is located in Tugun 2442 Qld, Southern Cross university is a 10-minute drive away for the apartment, the beach 6 minutes away. There are shops, food, fast food, fuel station, cafes 6 minutes away. There is a bus stop located about 150 meters from the apartment. It's fully furnished and the second room includes a built-in robe, desk, bed, will have a ceiling fan/light installed soon, aircon in the living room, bathroom/laundry has a washer and dryer, bath and shower, kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher.

I'm looking for someone who is preferably "An Adult Male" and happy with public transport or have their own transportation as I can't provide transport, independent in the form of cooking, cleaning, keeping things tidy, respectful of personal space and privacy and the property itself.
