5-bedroom shared house, Dinjirra Court

$400 per week for a fully furnished room with desk, chair, lamp and a double bed in one room and single bed in the other. Currently the double bed room will be available 24th August, 2026. Single bed room currently unavailable. Plenty of cupboard space and draws for clothes. Linen available if needed. No couples, singles only. You will need to sort your own food/meals. We pay all bills, power, water and unlimited internet. Please be respectful for duration in the shower. This is not a party house, no smoking or drugs. No unruly behavior or excessive drinking of alcohol will be tolerated. Responsible drinking of alcohol is allowed. This is a family home with high respectful values. No excessive noise. I ask of any potential students to be mindful and respectful. You'll share the bathroom, kitchenette and loungeroom with another students of SCU. Kitchenette contains a microwave, fridge freezer, hot plates, small air fryer, kettle and toaster. All kitchen utensils available. We just ask that you keep your room and kitchen in a clean and tidy manner and clean up after yourself after every meal prep. Manager cleans the common areas. This is a clean and tidy home, and we wish to keep it that way. We are close to the beach. We are a 15-minute bike ride to the SCU campus along the beautiful concrete beach front pathway, or alternatively there is a bus stop around the corner from our home (30m away). We hope you are dog lovers as we have a blue Staffy boy as a family pet. Laundromat is close by. Clothesline will be available for hanging out washed clothes or dry at laundromat. Host will wash sheets and towels weekly if you use our linen. Mother of the house is retired, father of the house is still working, we are well travelled and go away a fair bit. We enjoy meeting people we believe we would be great hosts for whoever would like to come and stay in our family home. Rooms are ground level with no access to students upstairs. Room available from the 24th August 2026. Firstly we do a 3 month rooming accommodation lease, if we're both happy we will continue to another 3 month lease.
