3-bedroom shared house, Annandale Court

Female only house.

Short walk to shops and bus stop with direct route to Hogbin Drive SCU campus. Approx 4 kms to both hospital and Hogbin Drive university campus.

Non-smoking and non- vaping. Applicants must be fully Covid vaccinated.

Shared use of kitchen, Laundry and dishes/utensils. Rooms are fully furnished including desks and bed linen/blankets.
There is a small television in each room and access to an individual Netflix list.

Shared areas (kitchen and bathroom) please clean as you leave them. Currently occupied by retired owner and female housemate who works full time.

There are 2 indoor only cats in the house and friends often call with dogs - residents will need to be animal friendly.
