This property is available for short to medium term rental only as it is used periodically by our visiting family members but usually only for very short periods once or twice a year.

It is available for single person occupancy only, female preferred. This is not negotiable. Sorry we are unable to take couples, children or pets. It would ideally suit a visiting staff member/Locum or someone on short term student placement or similar. It can be available for periods from a few days up to a 6-8 months depending on availability. Rent is advertised at the weekly rate but a nightly rate can be negotiated for very short stays.
The space on offer is all on the lower level of a large home which is set well back from the street in a quiet residential area. The only other occupiers are an older retired couple who live on the upper level. The house is a 3 min drive to the M1 Motorway, 10 min drive to Gold Coast Uni, Gold Coast Airport and Tweed Valley Hospital. There is a bus service in the area with a bus stop 150m away and shops within walking distance or a 2 min drive.

The property features:
Self contained 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom 1 Lounge/dining room plus a kitchenette. The space on offer is fully furnished.
The Bedroom has Queen sized bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, entertainment unit with small TV and a small desk and chair for work or study. There is also a double door built in wardrobe.

Bathroom is shower only with toilet, large vanity and mirror with cupboard and drawer storage.

Lounge room features small extendable dining suite, entertainment unit with large TV, comfortable 3 seater lounge and small coffee table. There is also a walk in wardrobe for storage.

There are ceiling fans in both rooms and a heater for the cooler months. The bedroom is a lovely light filled room with views to the Coolangatta skyline

The kitchenette, which is adjacent has a full size fridge and sink with hot/cold water. There is an induction cooktop, microwave, air fryer and small dishwasher. All kitchen utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery are supplied. There are laundry facilities available for use in the main house if required. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is initially included including linen and towels if required. On street parking is available.
