Located in a quiet, peaceful spot in Toormina. 5 minutes to Sawtell Beach or Toormina shops. Renting Bedroom 2 as seen in the floorplan. Available for a short-term stay as I will have family come to visit in January.
Two of us currently live here. Both females in our mid 30s. We have a peaceful and tidy home. You must love dogs as there is also a large black dog that lives here. You would be sharing the bathroom with myself. The other housemate has their own bathroom and shared laundry.
