Located in a quiet, peaceful spot in Toormina. 5 minutes to Sawtell Beach or Toormina shops. Renting Bedroom 2 as seen in the floorplan. Available for a short-term stay as I will have family coming to visit in January. The bedroom is currently furnished as my office but flexible with furnishings.

Two of us currently live here. Both females in our mid 30s. We have a peaceful and tidy home. You must love dogs as there is also a large black dog that lives here. You would be sharing the bathroom with myself. The other housemate has their own bathroom and shared laundry.
