You will be sharing the upstairs with myself, a mature aged female and a dog. Downstairs is my youngest son and his girlfriend who live in a self contained area, with their own entrance. They also have a dog. I do baby sit grandchildren at times and we do have family gatherings, but most of the time it will be just myself and the dog. I have my bathroom and you'll be sharing with visitors. Large veranda out the back with seating, swimming pool. There are 2 living areas.
