또한 근처에 서던크로스 대학교도 있어서 버스로 등교 가능한 거리에 있습니다.
서핑 좋아하시는 분들은 레인보우 비치 디바등 걸어서 갈 수 있는 가까운거리에 위치하고 있습니다.

들어 오시게 된다면 마스터룸에 들어오실분 커플 혹은 싱글 이신 분을 찾습니다
마스터룸에는 화장실이 있어서 단독으로 사용가능하십니다.
기존 두개의 세컨룸에 한분씩 계시고, 3배드 2바스 아파트 입니다.
아파트에 작은 수영장도 있습니다!
기본적인것은 모두 준비되어 있습니다.

커플이시면 주에 500불 싱글이시면 400불입니다.
2주 디파짓, 2주 페이, 2주 노티스입니다.
모든빌은 렌트비에 포함되어있습니다

6월18일 수요일부터 입주 가능하십니다.

Hello!!
We’re looking for a new flatmate to move into the master room of a share house located in Coolangatta!
It’s an ocean-view apartment with excellent security.
The home is quiet and clean!

It’s in a great location with easy access to public transport — just a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants, and the beach.
Southern Cross University is also nearby, within a short bus ride.
If you love surfing, Rainbow Bay and D'bah (Duranbah Beach) are within walking distance!

We’re looking for either a single or a couple to move into the master room.
The master room has a private bathroom for your exclusive use.
There are two people already staying in the two secondary rooms, so it’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.
There’s also a small swimming pool in the complex.
Everything essential is already set up for you.

$500/week for a couple

$400/week for a single

2 weeks deposit, 2 weeks rent upfront, 2 weeks notice required.

All bills are included in the rent.

The room will be available from Wednesday, June 18th.

敷地内には小さなプールもあります。
生活に必要なものはすべて揃っています。

デポジット2週間分＋家賃2週間分前払い＋退去通知2週間前

光熱費などのすべての費用は家賃に含まれています。
