7-bedroom shared house, TwentyFifth Avenue

We are a mature age couple with a large home (that is up for sale) hence short term. My retired Dad also lives upstairs.
We live 12 minutes walk to Sawtell Main Street and only a 5 min walk down to Boambee Bay.
The bus stop is a 1 minute walk away and the Coffs Harbour University Campus is only 3. 4 kms from our home.
We are offering 2 bedrooms 1 is smaller but has a balcony the other is medium with a small desk both are fully furnished and have built in closets and ceiling fans with a shared A/C in the living areas.
We have security cameras outside the property and have installed door handles on the bedroom doors that come with keys for your added sense of security and privacy.
The accommodation is on the second floor but has its own private access.
The area includes a small lounge area with a smart tv, a dining area and an equipped kitchenette with basic appliances and a small fridge.
There is one bathroom in this dedicated area to be shared by the occupants of the 2 rooms.
There is a sunny balcony and a bbq included in this zone.
Please note there is NO laundry in this area so students will need to go to the local laundromat.
We have a pool and spa area in our backyard with a large entertainment area which we are happy for the tenants to use at their leisure but not as a party house.
Any prospective tenant MUST LOVE DOGS
We have 2 dogs that will NOT be in your zone but they do rule ours.
As mentioned we are a mature aged married couple that are now empty nesters.
6 of our 8 children live locally and visit with our grandchildren but they will never be in your area.
