Bond clean needs to be done, but if moving in on the weekend makes it easier, we can arrange to have it done while you are here, if that helps.

I am a very active bloke, doing my workouts at home most mornings, then up the Currumbin lookout stairs, then my dog and I leap into the sea year round!
I am still operating my own business but most of my time is spent running the Charity/music program I set up for young people aged 11 – 17 years, 16 years ago.
Since 2015, I have also Chaired the Police Community Consultative meetings, facilitating the local Police and community meeting with and helping each other!
Must be a dog lover, as I have one beautiful Kelpie/Border Collie cross. She is only allowed on one tiled area downstairs, not lounge, dining or kitchen - plus my bedroom and office upstairs. I like a relatively quiet life, am not much of a TV watcher – no parties and limited guests, with no visitors overnight!
Rent is payable two weeks in advance - single $400 per week, bond $800 - and for a couple, the rent is $500 per week, with bond $1000
Electricity and Internet are extra at $35 per week for both for single and $45 for couple!
