The unit is less than 2 km from SCU Gold Coast campus by road.
It is 1km by footpath which is a 5 minutes bike ride, or a 12 minute walk.
Bus route 760 goes close to the uni campus and the bus stop is 200m from the unit.
If you have a car there is no on-site car parking available, you'd need to park on the street.
The bedroom available is a large room, measuring 4m X 3. 6m. It has excellent storage with a 2. 6m long built in wardrobe. The room has been freshly painted
Currently the room is unfurnished, but a bed and 2 bedside tables can be provided if necessary. The photo of the room is showing furniture - this furniture belongs to a previous occupant and is not available for your use.
The room has ample space for a desk and a couple of lounge chairs or a couch for a private sitting area.
I have just moved into the unit and I am in the process of getting a lounge and dining table, and washing machine - I am open to you bringing your furniture with you if you are currently in your own studio apartment or 1 bedroom unit.
