3-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, Miles St

It's $350/week for a single. I'm open to possibly having a couple share the room but negotiations need to be made. I pay all bills, including unlimited Wi-Fi.

This is not a party house. No smoking or drugs. The existing student is friendly & easy going, but needs to be able to study at times to complete his nursing course, so I ask any potential student to be mindful & respectful. Responsible drinking is allowed. Eat as much as you want downstairs, but eating is not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms. Outside shoes are not to be worn inside so the floors are kept clean.

It's quiet and has no lawns to mow, just a wrap around concrete courtyard. The only thing you have to do is clean up after yourself.

All linen etc is provided. I can also help you with organizing things e. G. Getting work. I will also wash your clothes when I'm home. I can also provide you with references of other students that have stayed here.
