4-bedroom shared house, Brodie Drive

We are a semi retired couple who have enjoyed sharing our home with a number of international students in the past.

Great location near Coffs Harbour Jetty, quiet area and close to beaches. Bus down the road. (approx. 150m)

Location: 3 km from Park Beach Plaza, 3km to the Town Centre, 6 km to Southern Cross University, 5 km to the National Marine Science Centre and 7km's to the Coffs Harbour Base Hospital.

Large Bedroom with own bathroom overlooking the back garden.

Short stays available for 2-4 weeks $275 per week.

Fully furnished with: Queen size bed, desk with chair, bookshelves, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, television and wifi.

Our house has large living areas as well as an outdoor barbeque area and swimming pool.

You will have use of a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Bed linen & towels available if required or use your own.

Weekly rent includes power, water and internet.

Parking is on the street during the day but can be on the driveway at night.

Must like dogs as we have a dog that is allowed indoors at night.

Please note this is not a party house.
