3-bedroom shared house, Sassafras Street

Hello, Our friendly house is in Pottsville is a two story and has three bedroom. Downstairs is a bedroom, kitchen large bathroom and living room. Upstairs are two bedroom a small WC and my home office. So the shower is shared. The room for rent is a spacious furnished room 4x4m with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Ceiling fans in bedroom every room. The beach is 10 minutes from the house. The house is a short drive from Pottsville, a 20 minute walk or 10 minute ride on a bike. You will need transport to the university which is a 25 minutes drive. It’s just me in the house and the neighbouhood is quiet. It might suit a couple or mature student. I like scrabble and music.
