2-bedroom shared house, Banksiadale Cl

This room is located in a 2 bedroom flat underneath main residence. The owner of the house currently attends SCU studying a masters degree. The room available is asap and the flat is currently shared with a 27 year old single female who works full time in Brisbane and from home 2 days a week. The current tenant has partly furnished the flat with fridge, washing machine, dryer, toaster, kettle and other things. However, she is open to suggestions on furnishings. Ideally, we are looking for a female ages between 20-30 but are open to all! SCU is roughly 14mins away and palm beach is 7 mins away. The pines shopping Center is also a 4 minute drive and public transport is in walking distance! Currently, there are 2 dogs on the property, 1 lives upstairs with the owners and the other is a kelpie named Lexi, and she is living downstairs in the flat with current tenant. Therefore, unfortunately no more pets would be allowed in the premises due to Gold Coast city council laws.
