I am looking for a honest, clean person to rent my spare room preferably on a long term basis.
I am easy going, honest, 65 year old, single dad who has a 18 year old daughter who visits from time to time.
All furnishings included, TV, BBQ, Music and bed, all you need to bring is your suitcase. No extra bills.
Terranora, NSW is a beautiful area and my house is only 12 years old, there is a bus service at the top of the street and shops near by, travel time to Bilinga campus is 15 minutes.
Some meals included approximately 3 meals per week included in weekly board.
Female boarder preferred, any nationality or age okay.
I am familiar with Chinese culture, my daughter is half Chinese and I do business with China regularly.
Ideally suit student who has a car.
