I am looking for an honest, clean person to rent my spare large sunny furnished bedroom which includes a queen bed, built in large wardrobe, study desk and chair, large tv with Netflix and couch. Also included is electricity, water and internet. You will have your own bathroom, toilet, pantry and your own large fridge.

Just 2 minutes off the M1 motorway there is plenty of room for parking in a very quiet friendly neighbourhood located in the East Banora precinct which offers stunning ocean views and is known for its prestigious location. It is conveniently located within 100m of a bus stop and the precinct is in close proximity to various shops and supermarkets.

I am an easy going, honest, 52 year old male. I am currently employed as a disability worker. I work overnight shifts and days that I don’t work l usually stay at my partners house. I have a 21 year old daughter who lives at the house but works away a lot of the time, and a 23year old son who lives in London. So if you like a quiet house, then this is the one for you.

My current housemate has moved into her own home after living with here for over a year.
