2-bedroom shared duplex, Tupia Avenue

I am female a young 64 year old, I work part time as a Haemodialysis Nurse.

My duplex is in a quiet, safe area. It is not a party house and there are no sleepovers for friends unless discussed and agreed upon by me.
I do have WIFI

The Tweed Heads Library which is a 10 minute walk away offers internet service also.

I live 1 block away from the river, which is very popular for swimming and water activities, such as boating and kayaking. The water is crystal clear unless we have had heavy rain.

There is a bus stop directly across the road. It is 10 minutes walking distance to Tweed Mall and 15 minutes walking distance to Coolangatta. It is 10 minutes walking distance to Richmond Tweed Regional Library. The distance to Southern Cross University is 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus.

There is a walking and bike track along the river front into Tweed Heads.

There is a small shopping complex across the road with contains a hairdresser, Antique shop and various Doctors and Specialists rooms.

The property is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom with built in wardrobe. You will be responsible for cleaning your room, your toilet and your bathroom. I am happy to clean the rest of the place, but you will also be responsible for helping to keep the communal areas tidy. There is air-conditioning in the living areas, fans in the bedrooms, loungeroom, dining area and kitchen. There is a very large fridge freezer and a separate box freezer, very large electric wall oven and 6 burner gas cooktop plus dishwasher. There is a separate laundry.
There is gas for hot water and the cooktop and solar energy for electricity. You will be responsible for half of the electricity bill which would be approximately $150 per quarter, as solar covers the rest.

There is a large entertainment area outside, on a covered veranda which contains multiple seating, eating area and bar be que.
