- 2 showers and 2 toilets.
- Requires 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks advance payment only.
- Unfurnished at the moment but working on putting things in as soon as possible.
- Not allowed (pets, smoking, and drugs).
- Should be clean, tidy and respectful.
- Should have a stable job to pay rent consistently.
- Should have a car as buses are not accessible in the area.
