We are seeking a female to share this beachside apartment with our adult daughter. It is located 200m from Bilinga beach and just a 5-minute walk across the road to the University. It is fully furnished and air-conditioned. This spacious room has a queen-sized wall bed which converts to a large study desk. The bedroom has ample storage space, including a double wardrobe, linen cupboard and bedside cabinets. You have exclusive use of a private ensuite. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are included in your self-contained space. You can relax in the spacious living area, and enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. When the weather heats up you can wander to the beach for a swim or jump in the pool located in the unit complex. Plenty of street parking is available, as well as public transport, literally out the front of the unit complex. Local shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, with major supermarkets within 3km and accessible by bus. Internet and electricity are included, however, you must supply your own food and personal items. Living in the unit with you are our friendly cat Jasper and our bird Rio.
