2-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, Gold Coast Highway

Starting 28th July, to share a safe and renovated 2 bedroom townhouse in Tugun, just 300 meters from Currumbin beach. A ten Minuet drive from Gold coast campus. Complex includes swimming pool. Townhouse includes dishwasher, washer, fridge, dryer and wifi.

Room is unfurnished with shared shower and shared separate toilet.

Only Uni students apply. You should be tidy and friendly. Rent is $330 per week which includes premium high speed wifi. Electricity is not included is which is paid monthly and shared 50/50. It’s on average 17 per person for electricity but that can change on usage. However water is included.

No smoking, No drugs, no pets.

1 month rent required as Bond. Bond will be registered with RTA. A sub-letting agreement under the guidelines of the Queensland Government Residential Tenancies Authority will be applicable.

I am 21 studying occupational therapy, I am very friendly and enjoy a shared meal or two. The location is only a 10 min walk from the Tugun shops and about a 7 minuet drive to the pines in Elenora which have colas, Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart etc. It’s a 3 minuet walk to Currumbin sanctuary which is around the corner. Also a gym (jetts fitness) if you’re into working out.
