It's $350/week for a single. I pay all bills, including unlimited Wi-Fi.

This is not a party house. Although student(s) here are friendly, they are serious about their studies, and are respectful of each other. No smoking or drugs. Responsible drinking is allowed. Eat as much as you want downstairs, but eating is not allowed in the bedrooms. Outside shoes are not to be worn inside so the floors are kept clean.

It's quiet and has no lawns to mow, just a wrap around concrete courtyard. The only thing you have to do is clean up after yourself.

All linen etc is provided. I can also help you with organizing things e. G. Getting work. I will also wash your clothes when I'm home. I can also provide you with references of other student's that have stayed here.
