2-bedroom shared house, Pyrene Place

We have a 2 bedroom self contained unit below our house with a bathroom, lounge, kitchen and own entry door. There is a queen bed in one room and a double bed in the other room.
We are looking for 1 more student to rent the second bedroom.
We live in Tugun near the airport so very close to SCU, you can catch a bus, walk or lift share with friends.
The unit is fully furnished with beds, study table and chairs, wardrobes, bedding, all kitchen appliances, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, hoover, mop and all utensils.
The lounge has a sofa, tv, table and chairs for dining
